Great Library of Lhankor Mhy, Nochet, Esrolia
The Great Library, a magnificent building in the shape of the Truth Rune, lies in the quarter between the Royal palace and the Fish Market. Several storeys high, and dwarfing even noble palazzos, this building holds the greatest collection of written knowledge in the known world. (Rumours of libraries in the Far West and Glamour are likely to be widely exaggerated.)

The Head Librarian is the High Priest. Under him serve the Chief Priest, the Provost of Apprentices, the Chief of Loremasters, and many others.
All of these luminaries have many subordinates to manage the workload.
External Relationships
The Great Houses sponsor the Temple and their chosen scions receive education there. In Nochet the basically patriarchal cult has adapted to matriarchy. However, their god is not one of the Husband Protectors. The Temple does hold lands scattered all over Esrolia.
Rumours and Public Knowledge
Scribe Xenofos is the pet of the chief priest who sent him to special mission to Prax.
Scribe Xenofos is disliked actively by the Chief Priest.
The Chief Priest is soon to be a father - again - to another 'footnote'.
Sage Amant is the secret power behind the Citation Revolt
